#10-24 x 1-7/16" Phillips Wafer Head Tek screws, Zinc Plated

These 1 7/16" length #2 Phillips drive Wafer Head ZINC PLATED Self-Drilling screws with WINGS are #10-24 (24 threads per inch) #3 Point. Zinc plated is a plating that is applied electrically to fasteners that prevents oxidation of steel by forming a protective barrier. Reaming type WINGS are attached after the threads and before the drill point to ream out the top material, eliminating any jacking action. Meets F.I.P.-1000.7 for torsional strength and drill speed. Meets ASTM A 510 for carbon steel manufacturing. Zinc plating meets ASTM B-117 for salt spray corrosion. Meets SAE J78 for performance & dimensional specifications. Each box contains approximately 4,000 screws (38 pounds)
