By choosing the method "Free Shipping" you authorize FastenerUSA.com to determine the shipping method. Based on weight and destination the shipping method will be assigned at our discretion via USPS (approx. 7-14 business days transit), UPS (approx. 5-7 business days transit) or Common Carrier (approx. 5-8 business days transit) depending on your location (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). Lift gate service is included for residential deliveries if necessary.**
UPS and USPS (5-7 business days transit) and the Common Carrier (5-8 business days transit) are estimates only and are not a guarrantee of delivery within that time.

USPS Services
First Class Mail transit times are typically 7-14 business days within the United States
Priority Mail transit times are typically 2-3 business days within the United States
Transit times are Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and holidays.
Transit times do not include the day your order ships.

UPS Services
Due to UPS weight restrictions our shipping department may split SKUs and redistribute product into additional packages.
Shipping cost is calculated according to current UPS Rates.
Transit times are according to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
Transit time does not include the shipping day. For example if your order is shipped on Monday, UPS Next Day Air would deliver Tuesday; UPS 2nd Day Air - Wednesday; UPS 3 Day Select - Thursday; etc.

UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day by the end of day

Impact of the Coronavirus on UPS Service Guarantee.
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
Changes to UPS Commitment Times
Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.

International Shipping
You must have your own shipping account for shipping outside the USA. During the checkout process please select the shipping method Use My Shipping Account - Add shipping instructions to Order Comments. Please Include Carrier Name (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc), Account Number, and Shipping Method. **IMPORTANT: Additional customs/duties/brokerage fees may apply, payable to your customs broker or carrier prior to delivery.
Tools
(1) All tool orders must be shipped to a commercial business address within the United States.
(2) All tool orders must be shipped to the billing address.
(3) All tool orders must have a company domain email address referenced on the order.
