Orders placed by 2:00pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific Time will ship the next business day. (We are closed on Saturday & Sunday)


Free Shipping terms and conditions
* Offer excludes Alaska & Hawaii and is intended for only the 48 contiguous United States

* Items eligible for Free Shipping are clearly marked throughout this website. On those specific items the Free Shipping applies regardless of quantity, weight, or price.

* By choosing the method "FREE-SHIPPING-USA" you authorize FastenerUSA.com to determine the shipping method so long as the order is delivered in approximately 3 to 5 business days (Excluding Weekends & Holidays) Shipping Methods used could include FedEx, USPS, or Common Carrier.

* Items with Free Shipping, which are marked "In Stock", normally deliver within approximately 3 to 5 business days (Excluding Weekends & Holidays) to most locations within the Mainland United States.

* Larger orders with a commercial shipping address may be assigned to ship via Common Carrier. Delivery may extend into approximately 5 to 7 business days (Excluding Weekends & Holidays) depending on your location. PLEASE NOTE: For pallet orders a commercial address with an onsite forklift is required.

*FastenerUSA.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, vehicle breakdowns, labor strikes, or other acts beyond our control.

*FastenerUSA is not responsible for theft. Unless otherwise noted all orders ship with "No Signature Required". In many cases this means your package may be delivered and left in a conspicuous place while you are away. Once delivered neither we nor the Carrier can be held responsible for any acts of theft. "Signature Required" shipments are available by request.


FedEx Ground & Expedited Services
* Freight prices are calculated according to current FedEx Rates.
* Transit times are according to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
* Transit time does not include the shipping day. For example if your order is shipped on Monday, FedEx Overnight would deliver Tuesday; FedEx 2Day - Wednesday; FedEx Express Saver - Thursday; etc.
