#8-18 x 2" Phillips Bugle Head Pilot Point screws, Zinc Plated

These 2" length #2 Phillips drive Bugle Head ZINC PLATED Self-Drilling screws are #8-18 (18 threads per inch) #2 PILOT POINT. Pilot point prevents "jacking action" when used to attach 3/4" lumber or thinner to steel. Zinc plated is a plating that is applied electrically to fasteners that prevents oxidation of steel by forming a protective barrier. Meets F.I.P.-1000.7 for torsional strength and drill speed. Meets ASTM A 510 for carbon steel manufacturing. Zinc plating meets ASTM B-117 for salt spray corrosion. Each box contains approximately 3,500 screws (31 pounds)
