These 5/8" length #2 Phillips drive Pancake Head ZINC PLATED Self-Drilling screws are #10-16 (16 threads per inch) #2 Point. Used in framing to attach panel clips to steel studs. Zinc plated is a plating that is applied electrically to fasteners that prevents oxidation of steel by forming a protective barrier. Meets F.I.P.-1000.7 for torsional strength and drill speed. Meets ASTM A 510 for carbon steel manufacturing. Zinc plating meets ASTM B-117 for salt spray corrosion. Each box contains approximately 8,000 screws (41 pounds)
